Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Meetisi. By creating an account, connecting a calendar, sharing a booking link, or booking a meeting through Meetisi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Meetisi provides scheduling tools that let hosts connect Google Calendar, create booking links, and offer meeting locations such as Google Meet, Zoom, phone, or custom details. Features may change as we improve the product, especially during beta.

Confidentiality

You can expect Meetisi to treat calendar invitations and meeting information as confidential business data. We do not place ads against your meetings. We do not sell attendee or client lists. Hosts are also responsible for handling invitee information lawfully and respectfully in their own practices.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Meetisi as a host. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account access secure. Provide accurate information when you set up meeting types and booking pages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Meetisi for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the service or its providers
• Use Meetisi to spam, harass, or send unsolicited commercial messages beyond legitimate booking flows
• Reverse engineer or misuse the product except as allowed by law

Third-party services

Meetisi integrates with third-party services such as Google and, where you choose, Zoom-related meeting details. Those services are governed by their own terms. Meetisi is not responsible for outages or policy changes by third parties outside our control.

Fees

Meetisi may offer a free trial period and paid plans (for example, an annual subscription after the trial). Pricing and plan details shown on the site at the time of purchase apply. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

Meetisi, including its branding, software, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of your content (such as meeting descriptions and branding you upload). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the service.

Disclaimers

Meetisi is provided “as is” and “as available.” During beta, features may change, break, or be incomplete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meetisi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for Meetisi in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid us).

Termination

You may stop using Meetisi at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the product. Upon termination, provisions that should reasonably survive (including confidentiality expectations, liability limits, and ownership) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
