Our commitments

Meetisi is built around a simple promise:

  • Calendar invitations and meetings are confidential.
  • Meetisi does not show ads.
  • Meetisi does not sell attendee, client, or calendar data.
  • Attendee and client information is stored securely and encrypted.

Who provides Meetisi

Meetisi is a service provided by Product by Mark, LLC, a California limited liability company (productbymark.com).

In these Terms, “Meetisi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Product by Mark, LLC and the Meetisi service.

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Meetisi. By creating an account, connecting a calendar, sharing a booking link, or booking a meeting through Meetisi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Meetisi provides scheduling tools that let hosts connect Google Calendar and/or Microsoft Outlook Calendar, create booking links, check availability, and offer meeting locations such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, phone, or custom details.

Features may change as we improve the product, especially during beta.

Confidentiality

You can expect Meetisi to treat calendar invitations, booking details, attendee information, client information, and meeting information as confidential business data.

We do not place ads against your meetings. We do not sell attendee or client lists. We do not use calendar or meeting data for advertising.

Hosts are also responsible for handling invitee information lawfully and respectfully in their own practices.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Meetisi as a host. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google or Microsoft account access secure.

Please provide accurate information when you set up meeting types, booking pages, availability, and meeting locations.

Google Calendar access

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you authorize Meetisi to access the Google account and calendar information needed to provide the scheduling features you use.

This may include reading calendar availability, viewing calendar event information needed to prevent conflicts, and creating or updating calendar events that you or your invitees book through Meetisi.

You can disconnect Google Calendar access at any time through your Google account permissions or through available Meetisi account settings.

Microsoft Outlook Calendar access

If you choose to connect Microsoft Outlook Calendar, you authorize Meetisi to access the Microsoft account and calendar information needed to provide the scheduling features you use.

This may include reading calendar availability, viewing calendar event information needed to prevent conflicts, and creating or updating calendar events that you or your invitees book through Meetisi.

You can disconnect Microsoft access at any time through your Microsoft account permissions or available Meetisi account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Meetisi for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account, calendar, meetings, or data.
  • Abuse, overload, scan, attack, or disrupt the service or its providers.
  • Use Meetisi to spam, harass, or send unsolicited commercial messages beyond legitimate booking flows.
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the product except as allowed by law.
  • Interfere with the privacy, security, or confidentiality of another person’s meetings or attendees.

Third-party services

Meetisi integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, phone, and custom meeting details.

Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Meetisi is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions by third-party services outside our control.

Fees

Meetisi may offer a free trial period and paid plans. Pricing and plan details shown on the site at the time of purchase apply.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Billing and cancellation

Meetisi Solo may be billed annually through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews each year until you cancel.

You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the current annual period are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Intellectual property

Meetisi, including its branding, software, design, and content we provide, is owned by Product by Mark, LLC or our licensors.

You retain ownership of your content, such as meeting descriptions, booking page text, profile information, and branding you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve Meetisi.

Beta and product changes

Meetisi may be offered in beta or early access. During that time, features may change, break, or be incomplete. We may add, remove, or modify features as we learn and improve the service.

Disclaimers

Meetisi is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

We work hard to make Meetisi reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every calendar sync, email, integration, booking, or third-party service will work perfectly at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meetisi, Product by Mark, LLC, and their operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for Meetisi in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Meetisi at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the product.

Upon termination, provisions that should reasonably survive will survive, including confidentiality expectations, ownership rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above.

If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Meetisi after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
