Who we are
Meetisi is a scheduling service provided by Product by Mark, LLC, a California limited liability company (productbymark.com).
In this Privacy Policy, “Meetisi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Product by Mark, LLC and the Meetisi service.
Meetisi helps people book time using Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar, with meeting options like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, phone, or custom details.
This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how we protect it, and what choices you have.
Our confidentiality promise
Calendar invitations, calendar availability, booking details, attendee information, client information, and meeting information created or processed through Meetisi are treated as confidential.
We do not use meeting content for advertising. We do not share attendee or client details with advertisers. Your scheduling activity is not a product we monetize through ads or data brokers.
No ads and no selling personal information
Meetisi does not show ads in the product.
We do not run third-party ad networks that display ads to you while you use Meetisi. We do not sell personal information. We do not sell, transfer, or use Google or Microsoft user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, interest-based advertising, or determining creditworthiness.
We do run our own marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, and TikTok. To measure whether those campaigns led someone to visit Meetisi, create an account, set up a meeting type, or subscribe, we may load advertising measurement pixels and send conversion events to those platforms. That measurement may include a click identifier from the ad, a hashed email address, a Meetisi user identifier, the page URL, and the conversion type (landing, signup, first meeting type, or first payment). We do not send calendar contents, attendee details, or Google or Microsoft user data to advertising platforms.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Meetisi, we may collect the following information.
Account information
When you sign in or create an account, we may collect your name, email address, profile photo, account identifier, and basic profile details provided by Google, Microsoft, or entered by you.
We use this information to create your account, show your profile, personalize booking pages, identify you securely, and communicate with you about Meetisi.
Google Calendar connection data
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we may collect and store the information needed to keep that connection working, such as OAuth tokens, calendar identifiers, selected calendar settings, timezone information, and related connection metadata.
Sensitive credentials such as Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
Microsoft Outlook Calendar connection data
If you choose to connect Microsoft Outlook Calendar, we may collect and store the information needed to keep that connection working, such as OAuth tokens, calendar identifiers, selected calendar settings, timezone information, and related connection metadata.
Sensitive credentials such as Microsoft OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.
Calendar and availability data
With your permission, Meetisi may access Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar data to check your availability, avoid conflicts, display available booking times, and create or update events related to bookings made through Meetisi.
This may include calendar names, free/busy information, event times, event titles, event attendees, event locations, conference details, and event descriptions when needed to provide scheduling features.
Meetisi is not designed to browse your calendar for unrelated purposes. We use calendar data to provide the scheduling experience you asked for.
Booking and attendee details
When someone books with you through Meetisi, we may collect details such as invitee name, email address, phone number if provided, meeting type, selected time, timezone, answers to booking questions, notes, location preference, cancellation or rescheduling activity, and related confirmation details.
We use this information to create the booking, send confirmations, update calendars, support rescheduling or cancellation, and help hosts manage their meetings.
Communications
We may send transactional messages related to the service, such as booking confirmations, calendar updates, account notices, security alerts, support replies, trial or billing notices, and important product updates.
We do not use attendee information to send unrelated marketing messages.
Usage, device, and technical data
We may collect basic technical information needed to run, secure, debug, and improve Meetisi, such as browser type, device type, IP address, pages or features used, timestamps, log data, error reports, and security events.
We use this information to keep Meetisi reliable, prevent abuse, fix bugs, understand product usage, and improve the service.
Advertising measurement
If you arrive from one of our ads, we may store advertising click identifiers and use analytics and advertising measurement tools (including Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok) to understand whether our campaigns led to a visit, signup, meeting-type setup, or paid subscription. See “No ads and no selling personal information” above.
Payment information
If you purchase a paid plan, payment processing may be handled by Stripe or another payment provider. Meetisi may receive limited billing information such as subscription status, plan type, transaction metadata, billing email, and payment confirmation.
We do not store full credit card numbers on Meetisi servers.

Google permissions Meetisi may request
Meetisi may request access to:

- Your Google Calendar information, so Meetisi can read availability and calendar details needed to prevent conflicts.
- Permission to create or update Google Calendar events, so Meetisi can add meetings that you or your invitees book through the service.
Meetisi requests these permissions so the product can work. We do not request Google access to advertise to you, sell your data, or inspect your calendar for unrelated reasons.

How we store and protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
These safeguards include encryption in transit using HTTPS, encryption at rest for sensitive stored data, encrypted storage of Google and Microsoft OAuth tokens, access controls for production systems, limited internal access, logging and monitoring, and security practices intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. We work hard to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.
Human access to data
Meetisi limits human access to personal information. We may access account, booking, or technical data when reasonably needed to provide support, investigate errors, maintain security, comply with law, or operate the service.
We do not casually review your calendar or meeting information.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us run Meetisi, such as hosting providers, database infrastructure, authentication providers, email delivery services, analytics or logging tools, advertising measurement platforms for our own campaigns, payment processors, and security tools.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Meetisi and are expected to use appropriate safeguards.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of Meetisi, our users, attendees, Product by Mark, LLC, or others.
Third-party services
When you connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, or use Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, phone, or custom meeting details, those services may process related data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Meetisi is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services you choose to use.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Meetisi, maintain accurate records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.
Google and Microsoft OAuth tokens are kept only while your calendar connection remains active or as otherwise needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Booking and attendee information may be retained so hosts can manage meeting history, rescheduling, cancellations, support, billing, compliance, and account records.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it according to our normal retention practices.

If you are a California resident, California law may give you rights to know, access, correct, delete, or limit certain uses of personal information. Meetisi does not sell personal information. We may share limited identifiers with advertising platforms (such as a hashed email and conversion events) to measure our own ads. That is not used to advertise on Meetisi itself, and we do not share calendar, attendee, or Google or Microsoft user data for advertising. You may contact us to request that we stop using your information for advertising measurement.
You may contact us to make a privacy request.

Meetisi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
