Who we are

Meetisi (“we,” “us”) is a scheduling service that helps people book time using Google Calendar, with meeting options like Google Meet and Zoom. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Confidentiality promise

Calendar invitations, booking details, and meeting information created through Meetisi are treated as confidential. We do not use meeting content for advertising. We do not share attendee or client details with advertisers. Your scheduling activity is not a product we monetize through ads or data brokers.

No ads

Meetisi does not show ads. We do not run third-party ad networks on the service. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Meetisi, we may collect:

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and profile details when you sign in with Google.
• Calendar connection data — OAuth tokens and calendar identifiers needed to check availability and create events (with your permission).
• Booking and attendee details — such as invitee name, email, phone (if provided), notes, meeting type, time, and location preference.
• Usage and technical data — such as basic logs, device/browser information, and security events needed to run and protect the service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide booking links, availability, and confirmations
• Create and update calendar events you authorize
• Send transactional emails related to bookings
• Secure the service, prevent abuse, and fix bugs
• Improve Meetisi based on product usage (not for ads)

Security and encryption

Attendee information and client information is stored securely and encrypted. Sensitive credentials such as Google Calendar OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited. We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) when data moves between your browser, Meetisi, and our providers.

No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. We work hard to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.

Google and other connected services

When you connect Google Calendar (or choose Google Meet / Zoom meeting details), those services process related data under their own terms and privacy policies. Meetisi only requests the access needed to provide scheduling features you choose to use.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with trusted processors that help us run Meetisi (for example hosting, email delivery, and database infrastructure), only as needed to provide the service, under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Meetisi and our users.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Meetisi, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data subject to legal and operational requirements.

Your choices

You can disconnect Google Calendar access, update profile settings, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, where applicable law provides those rights.

Children

Meetisi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Meetisi after changes means you accept the updated policy.
