Is Calendly Free?
Yes. Calendly has a real free plan, and it does not expire.
You can create one event type, connect one calendar, and take unlimited bookings on that single meeting. No trial clock. No card required.
The catch is the word one.
One event type. One calendar. That is the whole free plan, according to Calendly’s own pricing page (checked August 2026). If your work needs a second kind of meeting, you are no longer on a free product. You are on the upgrade path. We wrote the full breakdown here: Calendly Free vs Paid.
What “free” includes
- One event type (one duration, one set of rules, one live link)
- One connected calendar
- Unlimited one-on-one meetings on that type
- A customizable booking page
- Browser extension
- Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams on the meeting
Calendly’s help center says Free is for people who only need to schedule one type of meeting. That is a fair description.
What “free” does not include
- A second live meeting type (intro and paid session)
- A second calendar, so work and personal can both block time
- Payments at booking
- The automations and CRM connections on paid plans
If you are a student booking office hours, or you only ever take one kind of call, Free is enough. Keep it.
If you are a coach with a discovery call and a working session, Free is a demo of the paid product.
How much is Calendly after the free plan?
Standard is $10 per seat per month billed yearly ($12 monthly). That is $120 a year. It unlocks unlimited event types, more calendars, payments, and automations.
Teams is $16 per seat per month billed yearly, for round-robin, routing, and Salesforce-style sales workflow.
Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year.
Those numbers are from Calendly’s public pricing page as of August 2026.
Do you need to pay that?
Pay Calendly if you need the suite: routing, CRM, team scheduling, the works.
Skip the monthly bill if you only needed a second link and a page that looks like you.
Meetisi is a branded booking page on top of Google Calendar or Outlook. Unlimited meeting types. Unlimited bookings. Free for 60 days, then $9.99 a year. No credit card to start.
That is less than one month of Calendly Standard. Full comparison: Meetisi vs Calendly.
Meetisi is not a sales platform. It will not do round-robin or Salesforce. It will let a client pick a time on a page that feels like yours, and put the meeting on the calendar you already trust.
